1 General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between taka26 ("taka26", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). By accessing or using the taka26.app website or its associated mobile application, these Terms apply automatically.

4 Withdrawal Policy & Process

Withdrawals at taka26 are straightforward and transparent. However, a verification process is in place to ensure security. The following conditions must be met for a withdrawal to be approved under these terms and conditions.

• Withdrawals will not be approved until KYC verification is complete.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit (to prevent money laundering).
• Withdrawal requests cannot be processed while an active bonus wagering requirement remains unfulfilled.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 12–24 hours, though in some cases it may take up to 72 hours.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳1,00,000.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

8 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Taka26 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 18 months).
• In cases of financial fraud or suspicious transactions.
